Riviera Village dining decks

The Good Stuff restaurant owner said he's always found parking in the Village, his business is up because of the foot traffic, and that a real parking problem would be unusual for a beach town.

The Rebel Republic owner agreed with Bennett, noting retail businesses come and go just as restaurants do.

Spoke in support of the parklets, saying Riviera Village is the closest thing the city has to a downtown, and urged the five-year extension to allow time to study underground parking.
